Summary of the problem Unable to craft Lappack required for GravSuit

Pack Version 1.2.1

What is the bug? No recipe to make the Lappack which is a ingredient for the gravsuit.

Mod & Version IC2
2.6.188

Is it repeatable? Yeah, look up the recipe for the lap-pack

Known Fix Add a recipe for it
 
Meanwhile in 1.4.2 it seems like you craft it by using itself as a crafting material quite interesting.
