Summary of the problem Unable to attack mobs with melee or fists

Pack Version 1.5

What is the bug? I am able to attack Hostile and Friendly mobs with bows and ranged. But melee absolutly nothing happens regardless of weapon.

Is it repeatable? Not sure how it happend in the first place.

Same issue and there is a thread about not being able to attack. It is also present in 1.6 I carried the world over tho.

Same for me. Really digusting. Cannot attack or interact with any mobs through any kind of stuff (hands, tools or weapons)

I tried so far:
-> Creative Mode into Adventure Mode into Spectator Mode and back to Survival Mode
-> Died Multiply times. (through monster, fall dmg, suffering)
-> Deleted PlayerData in World directory

Cannot confirm. Deleting Player data didnt work at all for me. Still having this Problem and running with bow all the time

I had this problem too. It was a simple fix for me.
Open inventory, click the "Client Settings" icon at the top left, click "My Server Settings", Enable PVP and then confirm with the green checkmark. Couldn't find anything on this, had to figure it out myself. Sorry if this doesn't fix it for you. :/
