The Plant Interactor block from Industrial Foregoing does not revert wheat to its 0% growth state. Because of this, it will repeatedly harvest the crop as if it were constantly growing. I'm not sure if this applies to other crops too, but I do know it affects wheat.

On the bright side, I have a couple thousand wheat now.
