Ultimate FTB Server Start up problem

This could mean one of two things.
First: This is how Redpower expresses its ID conflicts. If you added any mods to the default pack then you need to change the IDs in that config to one that is not being used.
Second: If this is the default pack, no added mods and your configs are the from the download as well. Then check the path of your server. If you have either of the words tekkit or technic in the path then you need to change it so that it does not.
