My bee farm is alright. The piping is working and everything. The bees go back and forth and are okay. ITs all automatic but for some reason all the Honeycombs and stuff just pop onto the floor. Anybody know why?

Heres my set up:

only thing I can think of is to try wrenching the iron pipes to see if they're the problem

Theyre falling before they even hit the iron pipes.
My friend suggested that the pipes arent accepting honeycombs and what not but only bees...
I tested it in singleplayer before a few days ago and it worked.

do they pop out before they go into the apiarist's pipe or after?

I remember having problems with the speed of the gold transport pipe at one point but if it all worked for you a few days ago... hmmm

Hmm, are all your apiarist pipes set up exactly the same? We'll need a couple more pics to help you out more.

Personally, I like to put a line of iron pipes under my apiarist pipes. Shuffling stuff from apiarist pipe to apiarist pipe always seems fraught with peril.

I assume all the other apiarists pipes on that row are configured with combs going to blue rather than black? Or do you just have a pipe setup hidden by the ceiling in the last pic? If the latter, make sure you've got iron pipes set up to route bees in the appropriate direction.

Just from what we can see, though, your iron pipes are backwards. This causes the items to bounce backwards and when they reach the apiarist's pipe they find a junction where there are no legal exits (apiarist pipes will not bounce items back through the same way they entered) and will pop out at the apiarist pipe rather than at the iron pipe making it look like the apiarist pipe is the problem. Furthermore, they accelerate items quite a bit, so it's easy to miss the quick turnaround at the iron pipe.
