Ultimate 1.4.7 hostile Mob spawn Crashes game

Details of the issue:
the game will run only on Peaceful Difficulty but crashes on the others. (could also be the symptoms of the same problem) also to note that the launcher keeps saying I'm running a 32bit Java when I downloaded and installed a 64 bit​
