Turtles unlocking ?

Hello everyone.

I just wanted to know if the different type of turtles, excludinf the mining/digging/farming/crafty/combat turtles, can be unlocked in a survival multiplayer server.

By that I mean the laser turtle,shear turtle, etc.

What do you mean by unlocked? Do you mean to have it visible in NEI, if so then the reason for that is that because there are so many combinations that it would clog up the pages (similar to why not every bee is in NEI).

You can still craft it and if you want to view the recipe type 'U' while hovering over turtle in NEI and the recipes for all turtles should be there

No , I mean I tried to craft them but it did not work. I only get the basic ones...
