Trouble With Multicraft

I have had many problems trying to install the server on multicraft( I own a 386mb server, it ran tekkit fine ).
It won't find the correct folders, or ignore mod files( in the mod folder ), and then the server crashes.
Can anyone please explain to me what I'm doing wrong?
