Trouble updating to Direwolf Server 1.0.12

So I updated my Direwolf 1.6.4 Server from 1.0.11 to 1.0.12 and my server seems to be running fine, however when I update my client to 1.0.12, and connect to my server it won't let me get onto it and I get this error on my client:

ID 3480 from MOD IC2 is missing

It tells me it logged it but I can't find any reference in the logs on my client or server for this.

I start using 1.0.7 and have been upgrading as updates released without any issues until now.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
Sounds like the mod & config directories between the server and your client are different. Does single player work fine? If so copy the config and mod directories to the server. Make a backup copy of your server before starting up just to be on safe side.
