Title Trouble login with server

Details of the issue I can´t seem to log on to the server. even after installing reinstalling the game a couple of times. The weird thing is I come online, see the world for a second and get kicked out. and only get a connection lost error. My connection is ok and I have no idea whats wrong.

Can someone help?

More information about the server? Maybe your being kicked because of ban or temp ban or not whitelisted??

This is only a guess and more than likely I'm wrong but worth a shot...

I can see it has said connection refused - so that's why I assumed Whitelist or ban
 
no its not a ban or whitelist. Its happening to few of our players. They can login and see the world but they would be disconnected after a few seconds.
 
Tell them to reconnect right away... try to use 5 or 6 gigs if possiable. It happens to people (a lot of people and mostly on slower connections and by slower I mean slower than 5mps ) - most times the second time around they will connect just fine and the world will load.... ver 1.5 seems to work much better and also much more smoothly
 
Tried that already. It doesnt work. Server runs on 15 gbs. They had 6gb ram allocated on their client and still cant login. Server also has sponge.
 
some get this error
internal exception: java.io.IOException: An exsisting connection was forcibly closed bt the remote host
