Trouble installing the map.

When I install the map normal map with the launcher, large sections of the sand are missing, and the button does not function.

I checked a youtube video, and apparently, I should be able to see the pyramid from the starting area with the settings on far.

Is the version of the map that installs from the launcher incomplete, or is there something I should be doing on my end?

(I checked around the maps section for a post like this one and did not see it, if there was a more adequate place on the forums for this post, I humbly apologize and request that it be moved. )

I checked the mod pack "Feed The Beast Retro SSP" and it contains no mods.

I'm thinking this may be the source of the issue. How do I fix that?

Actually i am having the same issue. I've uninstalled and downloaded it all again several times. When i download the mod pack by itself i can play just fine,but as soon as i add in the maps the mods uninstall somehow. Help?

I checked the mod folder, and nothing had installed. Moving the FTB launcher and downloading a fresh mod pack for retro worked, then I just copied it into my original FTB launcher folder to get the mods.

I'm sorry for not updating this with a fix.
