trouble creating server

Details of the issue:
I am trying to open a server i downloaded from the website but the server start will not load. the command prompt opens and loads some stuff but it stops short. I dont know why or what to do. I've updated Java, but it didn't help much with the problem. Ive reinstalled several times.
The link shows whee the command prompt stops loading and if any key is pressed it closes out.
Help. Thank you.​
