Tracking down "Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the system overloaded?

Is there a way to track which mod is taking too much time to handle ticks? I saw someone post a listing that showed the % of time each mod took but I have no idea how they generated that. It would be helpful to at least see what mod is causing the problem.

I am getting a ton of these and bad lag since the upgrade to Mindcrack 8.1.1 (maybe it is related to the "leaking worlds" error that seemed to be introduced, or maybe not). Before I was getting a few of these which seemed to be releated to IC2 because it happened at the same time as IC2 threw some 'x is not added to enet errors'. The errors don't appear in 8.1.1 but maybe they just removed the message.

Any tips on how to track this down?
