Title TPS low on my server.

Details of the issue So I have this issue on my server that no matter if I restart the server or keep it running the tps is really low. My server right now is #1 on FTB server list and I want to keep it there.. So back to the issue, opis shows its logistic pipes mod which causes all the lag, but I removed most of it and it didnt change a thing.. Any way of sorting this? The server ran perfect when we didnt have as much people on TPS was 20 , but now I have 25 players on and its TPS is at 10 and lower. Please help me out here. (I also asked the owners of other communities and they said the same)
