I'm posting this here, as it's just a bit of minor mod incompatability, just to make people aware.

I decided to setup a redpower tube system to keep my hobbyist engines stocked with any type of coal/charcoal/planks that my sorting system is processing. I discovered that the RP tubes will insert the items into the water bucket slots, both top and bottom. The player cannot do this, but the tubes can.
Only way I could get around this was to put a water bucket in each top slot, that would never get used up by the engine due to water being piped in, then force some non-fuel junk down the tubes so the bottom slot is also filled.
After that, all works a treat.

Yep, RP tubes don't care where they put stuff, if you try to tube Peat into a Peat Engine, about half of it ends up in the "ash" bit of the GUI.
