I built a paper pickaxe and added Diamond, Electric, and 200 Redstone. I charged it up in an MFE and for some reason when I mine, it does not use up any EU. It just stays at 10,000. It seems to have infinite durability now. Anyone else notice this or am I misunderstanding something?

It's a known glitch. Electric modifier is broken in certain versions of TiCon.
