Summary of the problem Tinkers book has no description for whispering

What is the bug? if you go into the tinkers book ... aka the one they give you that goes over all the items and what they give you if you go to demonic area it says that having your tools head be it will give u whispering .. but when you put ur mouse over it it gives you no description of what it could be

Sorry, no. It is a new feature in Extra Utilities, and the mod is closed source preventing me from just checking the code.
