tinkers and biblio, ever gonna get fixed?

this has been around since 1.1.4 of the pack and is now in 1.1.7. just wondering if its ever getting fixed or do the mod makers just not know.

I do remember there being a bug with biblio and optifine causing items to be misplaced in the biblio blocks. there should be a configuration option for that.
though I don't know of any problems with biblio and TiC as I haven't been playing alot with Ultimate
 
The bug still exists in Resonant Rise, a 1.6.4 modpack.

no optifine
also not ultimate, its unleashed.

also one last thing
why has no one updated the unleashed changes with 1.1.7
