Summary of the problem Tinkerer's Construct Broke Natura

What is the bug? Some items in Natura are broken because of Tinkerer's Construct. I slowly isolated the problem and could find no other cause.

Mod & Version Natura 4.1.0.24 for MC 1.10.2, Tinkerer's Construct 2.6.3 for MC 1.10.2

Is it repeatable? Open Game. Start World. Get Cotton Seeds, Barley Seeds, Cotton Crop, Cotton Seed Bag, Barley Seed Bag. Name's are messed up

Known Fix Use Tinkerer's Construct for MC 1.8.9

I would like to add to this that the scythe from TC also doesn't work on fully grown barley and cotton. I mean right clicking does not harvest and replant crops, like it does for vanilla wheat for example.
