Ticking exception error

Getting this error when I was messing around in a test world:http://pastebin.com/qG0e9wGf

The error happened when a redpower filter was filtering wax capsules into a RP tube from a chest.

I tried the fix in this thread (http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/ticking-exception-error.7564/) however it still crashes with the same error.

Well I was unable to load the test world that gave the error. So I deleted the old one and created a new one and tried to recreate the error, however this time everything was working. All of the capsules were transferred.

Maybe next time Sengir is on he can look at this?
