Summary of the problem Thermal Expansion Machines Duping Fluids

What is the bug? Some Thermal Expansion machines have been duping fluids, Essence of Knowledge in an Insightful Condenser and Energized Glowstone in a Magma Crucible, seems to happen when the machines are filled completely and it seems to resets when you shutdown your game

Is it repeatable? no, happened multiple times but I couldn't replicate it in testing
