Thermal expansion, Industrial craft quarry help

I have a quarryPlus running on TE Redflux energy, works fine. I also have a refinery using TE machines (pulverizer, redstone furnace, ect).
I am having some issues getting items from my quarry (IC) into my refinery (TE). Item ducts do not seem to connect to the quarry, and IC pipes definitely do not connect to my refinery.
For a while I had my IC pipes running into a diamond chest which in turn had item ducts leading to my refinery, but the chests got overloaded quickly and transfer to refinery stopped after I replaced my golden IC pipes with cobble, to slow speeds.
Does anyone have a fix for this? I.E, how to get items from IC quarry into TE refinery?

Industrialcraft doesn't have pipes, or a block named Quarry, your setup sounds more like Buildcraft stuff, so i'll assume you simply got these mixed up. The quarry should dump items into a chest ((non-vallia)ender, diamond, or otherwise) which can be piped out of as usual. I can't really be of much more help, without knowing more about what version of minecraft you are using.
