The state engine was in incorrect state on online mode false

Hi, I have a problem in a server I created. If the online mode is true, the server runs normally and allows me to enter, but when I turn online mode to false to let non premium users to enter it runs the server, it checks online but crashes when someone tries to enter showing the error on the title.
Any advice on why this happens when I change the online mode?

We don't support cracked launchers or other means to get around paying for the game.
