The ftb launcher is extremely slow when launching

i dont get it do i need to use the more then 2gb option if my pc has more then 2gb ram or when i give ftb more then 2gb?

i've added the java parameters and deleted all my files again and it worked it takes 1min to load now thanks for your help people
