If you don't know what it does, don't spam right click in the middle of your base.

Primal focus + right clicking in the middle of base = ????
 
Hey now, I lost a bunch of glass.

Though, when something says to right click, you usually, you know.. Don't.
 
I tested it out. It's kind of weak. Though, i did notice something that i could only get it to do once. I killed a spider with it, damaging the terrain, and it left a node in place of one of the destroyed blocks. I then spent 2 hours killing anything and everything and couldn't repeat it.

I also had this weird issue where my foci kept changing to the primal. I was trying to collect aura nodes and blew up about 4 of them.
 
I tried to kill a ghast with it, while propelling myself with the sigil of air + sigil of haste.

I just blew up everything but the ghast. Finally killed the ghast, but all the fucking silverfish got to the tear before I did.


RIP.
 
No I read it have a very small chance to spawn a node. Don't remember if it's straight in the thaunomoticon or if it was in one of those wiki...

it does have a small chance. i created 3 tainted nodes while digging with one. i now call the mine shaft the 'wormhole'.
