How do I get the crystilized aspects in thaumcraft

You can start getting them once you've obtained Pure Bees in the Thaumic Bees addon. If I knew how to do that, I'd tell you.

If you mean just for basic thaumcraft, you can get most of your crystal aspect from glass if you have lots, or gems if you're desperate/don't mind using gems. Diamonds also have the Pure aspect, which is pretty handy in some ways, but almost any gem from FTB will have the Crystal aspect, and glass is a poor mans source.(or for Doing It On The Cheap)

Refined Iron is also a cheap way to get 'pure', and if done correctly, you can get most of your metal back in transmutation...

Keep in mind you get 1 Glass aspect with 1 Glass pane, 2 Glass aspects with 1 Glass block. And 6 Glass blocks = 16 Glass Panes...
i.e., 12 Glass aspects becomes 16 Glass aspects (+4 in yield)
