Thaumcraft 4.1 spontaneous reset

I have a player on my server, that had had all her Thaumcraft research suddenly go all poof!

All the aspects she has discovered in her research table are suddenly gone, and she only has very few base aspects that you get when you start with.

No other player reported it - and I didn't do any updates to any modpack when this happened.

Any clues?
 
As for editing, I'm the sole server admin there, so there's no way it was tampered with.

As for corruption, wouldn't that affect a lot more other things than just TC research?

Inventory and location/respawn location could be affected as well, as could AM2 progress, but somehow I doubt that it would all be affected from one error unless it was a big one.
And those are just going off of the top of my head.

I think Forestry data could vanish as well from that sort of issue(what breeds of what you know).
 
Make sure you're running the latest TC4.1 version. I know that some of the early versions had a bug that would occasionally reset research.
 
Thanks. I'll make sure to update to latest. I'm running whatever is included in Monster 1.1.0
