Texture Packs

I was wondering if someone could help why
Sonic Ethers Unbeliavable Shaders 1.4.6

is not working for me, textures are wiered when i start it up and shaders arent working i think. could someone tell me how to make it work / install.

2. Does anyone know any shaders / texture packs with good graphiks that work for ftb if the first one cant be fixed
