Summary of the problem Terrasteel not working

Pack Version 3.0.8

What is the bug? terrastrial agglomeration plate does nothing.

Mod & Version -sparx wont distribute mana to the plate
-spreader does distribute it but does nothing to the plate even if theyre link to it.
-So I about to cheat my way to terrasteel seed..but i prefer not.
