I'm guessing you've had no response so far because your subject line contains the name of another modpack that has its own forum. FTB doesn't support other modpacks.
Perhaps you could google the answer to your question, since you're so keen on providing further information to those that ask one of you.
I do not see why you are being rude to someone who may not know what the plugin is. There are people out there who don't use plugins and may not of heard of certain ones. The fact that it has the word Tekkit in the plugin name people may think that you are refering to the Tekkit modpack.
You could of easily replied by saying; "Tekkitcustomizer is a plugin that allows you to block items. It can be used on FTB with the bukkitforge mod"
You will probably get next to nothing in terms of help with an attitude like that.

Tekkitbcustomizer is made by the same people as griefprevention. You can use it on most ftb or technic modpacks and can be used with bukkitforge or mcpc+

I guess you could block the recipe for the heat vents and the containment chambers so it can't be made, same with the autocrafting table.
