Tconstruct and forge problem

im trying to add some mods to a res 1.0.1 server for instance Tconstruct
besides other mods like mfr it requires forge 10.13.3.1384,it wont accept any forge version below or above and that version of forge is bugged...
any ideas or workarounds?
also my friend is running a custom server with same exact Tconstruct.jar version (TConstruct-1.7.10-1.8.5)
wich runs perfectly with forge-1.7.10-10.13.3.1420-1.7.10-installer-win without requesting for mfr...why same exact TConstruct is acting differently?

P.S. Tconstruct is not present by default in RES pack so no configs should be involved in this

If a mod says it needs a specific version it usually means that version, and higher. So TiCon should work on 1420

But as I said earlier it doesn't work with any other version like 1420 but keep asking for that exact version (1384)
