T Flip-flop block? Alternative?

I'm using the FTB Sky Factory 3 modpack, and I want to have remote control of my blood alchemy rituals. I found the Redstone Remote from Random Things, and setting it to the block between two rituals I was able to toggle them off, but it acts like a button, and I need it to act like a lever. I can't seem to find a block or mechanism that turns a redstone pulse into an on/off, am I missing something? Is there a block that would perform this function? Is there a way I can suggest a lever function for the Redstone Remote, or find another mod in the pack that could make a T Flip-flop block, maybe with input output configuration like Ender io has?
 
If I remember correctly SF3 has super circuit maker. That should have a switch or toggle flip-flop like that. Also, look at some of the RF Tools items. I think they had something like that as well.
