Summary of the problem Syngas producer not directly accepting water
Pack Version 3.0.0
What is the bug? The Syngas producer is not accepting water from ender io tanks, reservoir and ex2 transfer node/pipe directly.
(tanks on output mode, reservoir on output mode, ex2 generating node working)
However it is accepting water out of a fluid conduit or a fluid pipe from immersive engineering and it is accepting water from an Ender Tank from EnderStorage set on output mode.

After some more testing I tried using liquid translocators, they even void the liquid without inserting it into the syngas producer(out of a drum)

Is it repeatable? build a syngas producer and try to directly feed in water out of a ender io tank/reservoir or transfer node
