[Suggestion] Automatically choose the least crowded server to download from

I recently discovered, from this thread (http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/divine-rpg-pack-download-fail.15906/), that everyone by default is using the Chicago servers to download their modpacks. This causes a buildup of people trying to download the packs, causing a very long download time. You can change the server you download from by going to Options->Advanced Options->Change Download Location, as Lambert2191 said in the above post. This seems to be a fairly unknown feature, unfortunately, and many people are suffering long download times because of it. If the launcher automatically chose the least crowded server at the time to download the modpack from, people would only have to wait 1 minute to download their modpack, as opposed to 1 hour, like it is right now. (I may or may not be over exaggerating. Either way, the download times are insanely long.)
