Problem Stuttering ingame, with pretty good pc (pastebin also included when reviewed)

Hello, i have this problem where i keep getting stuttering while playing FTB Revelations.

I don't know why it happends, but im not that clever on computers to figure it out either.

My specs are:
Ryzen 7 3700X
Radeon RX 5700 xt
16 Gb 3600 MHz RAM

Hope you can help me :/
