Title Stuck on Building Terrain Screen

Details of the issue When i go to load my world of FTB Horizons III, recently it will get stuck on the building terrain screen and never load. I've tried restarting my computer, and restarting the application itself to no avail, the i checked the logs. When the actual world loads 3 fatal errors occur that halt the loading. I even tried making a new world, which worked. And yes, i did technically modify the modpack by adding veinminer, but as soon as this bug occurred i removed it from the pack, just to be sure.
