Hello everyone I am currently getting used to using the FTB modpack so until I get fully used to using it I will be making quick builds or useful contraptions using some of the mods included.

My first video involves Redpower frames to build an automatic night lockdown for your base to keep mobs out.

In this episode I return to the Redpower Frames to create a Scrolling Wall of Text which can be used to display Logo's or server messages.

After spending a lot of time using the redstone frames, I started to use the MFFS Forcefield mod with some interesting results.

First a bit of a tutorial to get the basic setup.

Then Some of the really awesome stuff you can do with the advanced upgrades available.

Want a machine which will plant your crops for you, instead of you having to do every one by hand?

In this episode of my quick builds series I use the redpower motors and frames to make an automatic crop planter which plants the crops in rows to fill a field. In my next video I will be incorporating a crop harvester design to go with this design so that the farm becomes completely automated.
