strange FPS drop

On the old W20 packs I got over 60FPS but now I get around 11. Is this caused by a specific mod or is 60 FPS just lost to me?
 
I don't have much to tell you from the F3 debug screen less than 10% of my ram is being used and even when there are no chunk updates my fps is still stuck at 11. If you can tell me what I need to find out that would be great.
 
We still need more information. Like:
Which pack you're using, what MC version is it for, what OS you're running, what Java you're running, if you've added/removed any mods, if you're using a texture pack?

Mod Pack: Direwolf20 V1.1.1
Minecraft Version : 1.5.2
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit version
Java Version: Java 7 Update 11 64-bit and Java 7 Update 25
Did you add any mods?: Only Biomes O' Plenty
Are you using a texture pack?: I did on the 1.4 version when I got 60 FPS but i'm not using it or any texture pack now.

Try installing Optifine into the instmods folder (from here: http://optifine.net/downloads.php)
You want 1.5.2 D5 version

Edit: also, uninstall all Java updates prior to u25

The first one didn't work so I had it generate a crash report but I dont want to make a long post how do I do the Spoiler thing?
