Strange crashing with beta

Details of the issue:
It seems to happen at random but seems to happen in random places but always does it over and over you break a block in the chunk which appears to be bugged I need assistance It can be fixed but is really annoying since you need to get an admin on and delete your game file and get your items back if someone could tell me what is wrong it would be great.​
