Title Stoneblock 2 startup takes too much time

Details of the issue Hello there. I have a problem. When opening Stoneblock 2, it waits way too much at "phase 4/7" of EnderIO. Startup almost takes 10 minutes. FYI, I have this issue on Project Ozone 3 too(It took 13 mins). But I don't have this problem on Enigmatica 2 Expert(this takes ~3 mins). I am playing these packs on i7 7700HQ, 16GB RAM(I give 7GBs) and GTX1050Ti. Thanks in advance.

Allocate around 8gb for this pack, and yes it takes a lot of longer time - it's a heavier pack.
