stoneblock 2 server wont start because of contenttweaker

hey everyone, so i was trying to open a server for stoneblock 2 on the version 1.21.0 but there is always a crash with contenttweaker.
"net.minecraftforge.fml.common.LoaderExceptionModCrash: Caught exception from ContentTweaker (contenttweaker)"
"Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Negative time"
