I killed a Brainy Zombie today and it dropped a Stolen Present. What is this and how do I use it?!

Well I didn't use a looting sword and I'm getting tons of these, not just from Brainy Zombies anymore either. But idk what to do with them!

I think the 29998:50-29998:57 are special? Maybe? Not sure what they would be used for or how to get them.

I got one of these from an enderman, lol. They steal blocks, so it made sense. Confused at first, but Google solves everything.

Make a "warm hat" (some wool with a diamond in the center), and right click a villager with it. They become the "Santa Villager" you're in the above-shown video.....
