Starting a new server

Hey guys I'm looking to start a small ftb server. I have not decided on the pack I'm thinking infinity evolved expert, direwolf20 1.10, or maybe infinity lite 1.10.

I'm thinking 2-5 players.

Let me know what pack I should use and if you want to join.
