Spinning wheel (Engineer's Toolbox)

Hi everybody!
I am new on this forum and new on FTB, i am playing in inventions.

There is a spinning wheel (Engineer's Toolbox) that i have build but i cant get it to function. How can i make it work? How does it get power?

A quick search on google has brought this up; basically you need to supply it with RF power - possibly via an Energy Input module? RF is generated by machines from many mods, including Thermal Expansion, EnderIO, Immersive Engineering and Extra Utilities. The wheel will output string to a Machine Output module, and I assume you need to pipe wool into it in some manner.
