Summary of the problem Spawner Crash

What is the bug? Hello everyone,first sorry for my english.
I have already an enderman powered spawner (ender IO) with a pedestal and a sword from tinker mod and It works fine but when I try to do another spawner in the same way with for exemple blaze powered spawner or cursed earth the game crashes.
I don't know what is the problem...Can I have only one spawner in my world?
