Spawnable items in survivial mode

Details of the issue I have just started Sky Factory 3, broke the tree, made a small platform, made basic Tinkers axe, opened NEI to look at the barrel recipe, left clicked it, got 64 barrels...

ok odd, I'm in survival mode, and can spawn whatever I want in, NEI is in Utility mode also...

Interesting bug...
