I got an enderman soulshard filled now, i was wondering if anyone allready has ideas how to trap them to a single point and kill for exp or autofarm them good? still got no idea well did not think about it too much yet but somebody might allready have one

find a "mini jungle" biome, harvest the quicksand, and then place it 3 high. Slap walls around the pen at height 2 and slap down enough torches to prevent zombies, skeletons and creepers from getting inside of there. Transposers in the floor with redstone tubes to them, pulse at least once every 5 minutes.

No need to pulse the transposers with redstone if your whole floor is composed of them.

i thought my seeling is quicksand, what do i use for the floor ?

I just finished building one of these, so I can describe mine at least:

I built a 9x9x8 frame using xycraft blocks, with glass for walls/cieling/floor.
Inside (from floor to ceiling) was [Glass][Air][Air][Quicksand][Air][Air][Air][Glass].

I put the spawner in center with one air block between it and the cieling.
On the floor I placed a RP2 Relay with a wooden golem assigned to it to pick up all the ender eyes.

Quicksand is a good option. Beside that you could use a tower. The soul cage 46 units up in the air. Put some iron golems(with visors) on the bottom, they'll one shot the enderman when they fall down. A little brain jar in the room to collect the experience. But still, quicksand is the best option if you have extrabiomes enabled.

Run a search for endergrinder or enderfarm you'll probably get hat you need.
