Title Someone help please

Details of the issue I have downloaded the mod pack FTBTrident and everytime i open the game it comes up with this. Do you know any way of fixing this? Ive looked through the mod pack files and i have exactly what my friends have.

You have mod sources that are duplicate within your system

Its doesnt crash and its not an error in the logs it opens my game but instead of seeing the usual single player multiplayer etc it shows a dirt back ground which says the following
