Some rendering problems

It's happend to every torch, also Pam's Harvestcraft water garden not rendering, as it's showen on 2nd screenshot
I don't have OptiFine(conflict with EnderIO) or FastCraft
Can anyone help?

How much memory have you allocated to minecraft, and how much memory do you have in total?

Looks like you are using a resource pack, if this is for modern MC then it might be the resource pack is trying to change to a model and the model is not loading correctly.
