OK, so I've got some questions.

1. What is the spawn radius of Soul Shard T5 spawners? What is the minimum structure size I need to contain the spawned mobs?

2. Is there a way to avoid the lighting bugs/darkness of covers? I have to put a light source almost directly next to it to make it look anywhere near normal atm

3. Is there an issue with Wireless Recievers not picking up redstone signals? Do they have to be pointd in the direction of the transmitter? Is there specific orientations where they dont tend to work (upside down, on a wall, etc)

Thanks to anyone who helps

1) I believe it is the same as regular ones
2) They will only bug if you look at the inside of the block, so you CAN avoid this by placing them up against the edge of where they would go as full blocks, if that makes any sense. It's limiting but better than the crippling lag that comes with the alternatives. My advice is to not use light-coloured ones like marble.
3) I havn't tested these much so I won't mislead you with a wrong answer

1) I believe they spawn in a radius of 4 horizontally, and only like 1-2 vertically. At least, my 9x9 spawner room doesn't get spawns outside of it with a spawner in the center 1 block below the ceiling.

2) Lighting bugs can be avoided if you're careful with your placement. Try moving them over 1 block. Doing that with a cover, for example, will have little effect on where it appears to be placed, but it may clear the way for lighting to hit it properly.

3) Make sure you're on the correct frequency and that your wiring is hooked up correctly. If you're on a server, make sure there aren't any jammers in the vicinity. Make sure that the chunks that both the transmitter and receiver are in are loaded. I've never had a problem using wireless redstone, so I assume something else is messing it up.
